How to Share Your calendar in Microsoft Outlook.

To let your colleagues view your calendar, you will have to share your calendar so that they can browse it.
This is done in Microsoft Outlook.
Open Outlook, select "Share my calendar" in the navigation panel, left side. Marked green box

This will open the calendar properties.
"Calendar Properties" will let you add and delete persons you want to review your calendar.
Press "Add..."
|

Search for the user that you want to give reviewer rights too.
In this case "Andrew Mason"
Mark the user you want to share your calendar with and press "ok".

|
|
Now the user is added to the list of permitted reviewers.
Permissions:
To let a person review Your calendar, You will need to give them at least "Reviewer" permission.
So select "Reviewer" from the dropdown list.
Press "Apply" and then "ok".
The user, Andrew Mason, will now be able to see the user's calendar.
