TeamCalendar Installation guide - walk through

After you have downloaded the TeamCalendar setup file, you need to make sure that your device is connected to your computer through Active Sync, before you press run. If you are unsure whether your device is connected, then look for the Active Sync symbol in the process bar next to the clock. If your device is connected, the Active Sync icon should look like this . If the device isn't connected it will look like this (greyed out).

After you have pressed run, you will be asked to verify that you want to run this software (TeamCalendar installer). Please press run to verify and start the installation.

Press Next to continue

Pressing Install will transfer the TeamCalendar installer to your device.

The installer has now been copied and started on your device, please press OK and continue rest of the installation on the device.

Press Close and follow the instructions on the device.

TeamCalendar will now start the installation on the device. Tap ok in the upper right corner and wait for the installation to start. Please note it might take a second or two.

The installer will now load the configuration and installer language file.

The License agreement will now be shown, please read and accept it and choose your TeamCalendar language.

Tap Continue to proceed

Please help us improve TeamCalendar, by entering your email address and tapping Yes. This will allow us to keep you informed of future updates and news,

The installer will now scan your device and look for the components that need to be installed for TeamCalendar.

If one of the three components is missing they will appear as "Ready for download".

Select where you want to install TeamCalendar, and tap Install.

The installer will now download the installation files to your device.

After getting all the files, they will automatically start installing. The Microsoft .net CF 2.0 will require a restart of your device. The installation will continue after the restart.

After the device restarts, it will continue the TeamCalendar installation.

When the installation is complete, tap Launch, which will start TeamCalendar for the first time.

TeamCalendar is now installed on your device. Fill in the required information in the Server Settings menu item. For further information about server settings, take a look at our Quick Guide on www.TeamCalendar.com
