Visiting fans usually stay in the Financial District, the Entertainment District, King West or along the Harbourfront. All of these are downtown and within a walk of Scotiabank Arena, from a few minutes to around twenty-five depending on the street.
On game day
Scotiabank Arena is about as easy to reach as an NBA building gets. Union Station connects to the TTC subway (Line 1), GO Transit regional trains and the UP Express, and covered walkways lead from the station to the arena, which helps on a cold November evening. Downtown's underground PATH network also links many nearby towers to the area. Rideshare drop-off works, though streets around the arena get busy before tip-off. Parking exists in garages nearby, but it fills up and downtown traffic is slow on game nights, so transit or walking is the simpler choice.
