San Francisco 49ers

San Francisco 49ers around the world

49ers fans are known as the Faithful, and they gather far beyond the Bay Area: the team's own map lists hundreds of fan chapters across the United States, with others in Mexico, Germany, the UK, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Canada, New Zealand and beyond. Each chapter picks a bar or restaurant as its home on game day, so a travelling fan can usually find red and gold on the screens. The 49ers also run international Faithful programmes for Mexico, the UK and the UAE.

These fan-run directories helped us find many of these bars. Visit them, too.

  • 49ers Faithful Fan Chapters map

The 49ers' own map of Faithful fan chapters, with each chapter's meeting venue; chapters run independently of the team. Thank you to the chapter leaders who keep it up to date.

  • The Niner Empire

The Niner Empire is the long-running network of official 49ers fan chapters, and many of the chapters on the map belong to it. Thank you for bringing 49ers fans together around the world.

  • 49ers International

The 49ers' page for fans outside the United States, covering Mexico, the UK, the UAE, Germany and Australia. Thank you to the team for building it.
